Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.

I needed a new lock and hardware for my front door and another exterior door. Citadel did a great job helping me pick some high quality replacement hardware. They also did an excellent job installing these new locks. If you need these sorts of service, I highly recommend them.

Patrick was prompt, pleasant, competent. Rekeyed several locks, suggesting a single key which was helpful. Disabled a troublesome lock for free. Friendly, answered unrelated questions. Competitive pricing. Much better experience than hiring from the call banks, and I prefer supporting small local businesses anyway. Hired due to personal recommendations which said he’s honest and kind. He didn’t request the review.

I took my 2014 truck here when my key fob wasn’t working. Dealership told me that the fob needed to be synced with the truck. A gentleman at Active flipped my incorrectly installed battery and that’s all it took for everything to work again! Didn’t charge me anything! And that is how Active got themselves a customer for life.

I needed a replacement for a broken key which a local hardware store was unable to provide. It was for a European vehicle so I wasn’t sure if MGN had the blanks, but they were able to make a new one while I waited which worked perfectly. They were friendly and efficient, and we like dealing with a local business and will come again.

I was so glad to fine an old school locksmith shop. The big box stores have really hurt the small family owned businesses. This family business is run by honest friendly people providing professional services at reasonable prices.

Called early this morning spoke with a locksmith at 9:45 AM and made an appointment for 6-7 pm as that was what they offered 6 o’clock came then seven came heard nothing back at about 7 . I get a call. I’ll be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes passes. And finally shows up at about 740. Proceeds to make a key for the vehicle finishes go out to pay and I am then told that they only take cash or Zelle. I do not have Zelle so I have to drive to an ATM in my other vehicle to go get cash. I was initially told 240 over the phone and then the guy wanted 250 so I had to go get 260. As I can only take out 20s and they had no change. After paying, I go get in the car he leaves and I grab the key out to turn the car off the key is a key that will work, but it does not have the locker unlock button on it which I specifically asked about when I made the initial phone call so I didn’t get the key I paid for I paid $40 less than it would’ve cost me to go to the dealership and the guy was late very dissatisfied. Will probably never use the service again.

We recently had M. Spinello & Son install a 22 camera system in our establishment. Technicians Andrew and Bryan Pozzi were excellent to work with during the installation process. Their competence and expertise were evident as they worked with us in fine-tuning camera locations and angles. They also efficiently taught us how to use the system. This is a significant investment, but I feel it’s money well spent, as Andrew and Bryan provided us a quality system which will be a tremendous asset to our organization for many years.

They got my car unlocked but didn’t say the price until they were already there. $300 to get your car unlocked. Too much for 10 minutes of work.
