I was out of town and my parent mistakenly locked the service door to our home. I made a google search and clicked the first “locksmith” that came up. I called them at 2:00 and they told me that they would have a tech out within an hour. There was never a conversation of fees. I was relieved to have them I. I explained I was out of town and to have them call me with the charges as I would be the one paying.

I received a call after about an hour stating the tech would be late. I explained to call me as it was my time and I would be paying.

About an hour late I received a call stating my parents were in the house. Never a call from the company, nor the tech.

I came home multiple days later to a bill.

I would have NEVER agreed to this

My garage is fully equiped with every tool under the sun. I would have instructed my father to break the lock. (The “locksmith” used and airbag and STRETCHED my doorframe.

Not to mention the company showed up in a jeep wrangler and the tech left and invoice with NO NAME OR NUMBER TO COMPANY.

Stay away. The company preys on these situations.
