Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.

This company was outstanding! We had a specialized security lock for our business that we needed installed and they were the only ones with the expertise and willingness to tackle the problem. They understood the urgent nature of our problem and worked until the problem was solved. And they did it for a reasonable price too. I was so disrespected by this driver who engaged in road rage. I’ll admit I made a mistake trying to avoid another incident coming out a gas station. He was yelling at me out the company van window. He proceeded to give me the middle finger and then proceeded to pull over(in an assisted living facility, Hazel Crest) to engage physical threats. He kept insisting I get closer because he hits women and that he didn’t care that he was in the company van. Definitely had me upset. Then makes sexually(oral) gestures with his mouth as he drives away.
