These guys are amazing! Had me in and out in less than five minutes remaking a key I needed for a street sweeper. The guy in there helping me was very knowledgeable, professional, and was eager to help. So many locksmiths businesses are only mobile now. It’s great to know that there are still Storefronts like this one where someone can go and speak to a person that wants to help. I highly recommend his business!

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

The locksmith was polite and professional in demeanor, but unfortunately did not demonstrate strong lock-picking skills. I needed help opening a safe in my late mother’s home, and without a key or code, I was hoping for a solution that preserved the safe. Instead of being able to pick the lock, he insisted the only option was to drill it out. I agreed at the time, but in hindsight regret the decision — drilling destroyed the safe, which was worth around $600, and I was charged $200 for something that could have been done by anyone with a drill.

While I take responsibility for saying yes, I hired a locksmith specifically because I expected expertise in opening locks without unnecessary damage. A skilled locksmith should have been able to pick the lock rather than defaulting to destruction.
