Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

My door handle and lock were completely shot. I called Phil and he was over within an hour. This guy is friendly and professional. He got the door open and was able to replace the handle and latch quickly. The whole process was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this gentleman and his business.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock!
