My keys work great. While at the store getting the last 2 keys cut, a person came up to me and asked me if the machine really works as well as it says it does. I told her that it did. I had made other keys from this machine and my keys worked in the locks from the last time I had keys cut from the machine. I told her, I recommend it. Shortly after I had left the area, I saw her making keys for what she needed too.

The machine was very easy to use, it was fast and the deigns were cute. The rating is because the key doesn’t work as well as the one copied, it seems thinner and you really have to put effort into pushing it in and turn it for it to work.

Honestly this was the most infuriating experience ever. I just spend $160 for them to come and drill a hole through my lock which I could’ve done in the 45mins I was waiting for someone to come lock-pick it….. now I not only am out $160 for these “services” that took a whole 60seconds to do but I need to buy a new lock on top of that… really pissed because I have my own tools in my garage that I could’ve used myself to do exactly what was done here for way less money. Absolute scam will never be calling again…

UPDATE:
After contacting Numerous people and submitting numerous tickets I am still at no resolution. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the way this was all handled. Finally got a call back from customer support saying the most they can do is contact me to the tech I had them do that as I’m upset about the price! ( the advertised price is stating “as low as $29” when it’s only for them to show up..) I still have NO receipt stating what I was even charged the remaining $131 for I am also upset at the fact that when I had the tech call me he spoke over me almost the entire time and I had to emphasize that I can’t explain myself if he keeps speaking over me. VERY RUDE and very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use these people as you will not only be met with rude sped up service but a massive bill for something you could do yourself.
