It was pretty quick. A brass key copy cost me $12. I only saw an option for it to be shipped in a few days. I found the kiosk directly in the back of the store by the doors section.

locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

Called this company and due to my car broke down at 5:10am. I learned of him thur my insurance company, so my car was along side the road till 8:30am . At this time when I called he was busy but still answered my call. Called me back in 10 minutes and had my car safe on his truck by 9:00am. Took it to Peoria to a Dealer thinking it was a “recall issue ” only to find out my car mileage expired that recall. So I called him back and asked if he could bring it back to our home town mechanic Bernshausen Auto and he did. Great guy friendly and being a female that had no clue, he definitely made me feel comfortable and got the job done. I would Highly Recommend him. Thank-you for making things easier.
