Called for an emergency lockout with a patient who needed medicine that was locked in the home, was told a tech would be in touch soon. After nearly an hour of waiting for the call & having to call 3 times after being bumped by a rep to an automated line, I was told there’s no one in your area tho Chicago Heights wasn’t far from my location
