We had an issue with our front door and couldn’t get it to open because the dead bolt was stuck in the lock. I called keyhub and Omar was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed our front door issue and since we already had a new lock to put on, he installed it with no additional charge.
He couldn’t have been any more friendlier.
We would definitely recommend him to others and would use them in the future!

If I could give more stars I would! Awesome, awesome team. Came in with a lock to our back door that had…pretty much exploded. They got it fixed up and put back together beautifully with no issues. First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. I took in two key pad locks to have the override keys synched. They were done the next day and worked perfectly.
The person was considerate and explained when they were available and not. They do a lot of service calls but make the effort to be there at specific times.

Had these guys come out. We’re here 4 hours couldn’t get it to work or duplicate fob. He was suppose to have someone else come out but no call no show. Still asked for service fee. I used these guys because of the ratings, but still without a fob key. The guy was nice but seemed like this was his 1st day on the job. 4 hours when he said maybe an hour.

Robert is the best! Highly recommend. I was struggling with a variety of lock issues and he was able to assist me within a day, he fixed everything, made me new keys, and even saved me some money by repairing one lock instead of installing a new one. Very fast and efficient. Super nice guy too!

Wonderful first time experience for SENIORS with second time keyfob problems with our car. Our first experience was at car dealership with lousy service and ridiculous cost to replace a lost keyfob. Absolutely terrible service. My fiance was charged $290 to get his truck unlocked. Was quoted $189, which is already RIDICULOUS, but because the person they sent went to the wrong town he was charged more fees. $290 for what should have been 20 minutes of driving and a generous 30 seconds of actual work. Dont use this greedy company unless you’re looking to get RIPPED OFF in an already hard enough economy. Should be able to give less than 1 star.

I tried to purchase a new key because I had lost mine. I gave the guy $150 in cash so he could order me a new key. I eventually found my old key and forgot about the money I gave him. I called today, explained the situation, and the guy said they tried to call me numerous times and I didn’t answer. I told him I didn’t notice any missed calls at all. He laughed at me. I explained that I wasn’t just lying. Why would I give someone $150 and then just blow them off? That’s crazy right?! Then he laughed at me and hung up. He now refuses to answer my phone calls. I will be reporting this as theft. That is very unprofessional and down right rude. I’m so confused as to what he’s is even Ang Rey about? I wasn’t even rude on the phone. He was immediately defensive. Seems very odd and just confusing to be honest. I just wanted my money back. I’m a single mom. I’m raising three kids on my own with no support, and this guy is now refusing to give me my money back that he I didn’t even get a service from??? What on earth is going on here?!

This was my second time using Karlock for work at my house and Karl did a great job again. He came same-day to install a deadbolt on a door that didn’t have one. The work was done well and I appreciate the good job cleaning up. Won’t hesitate to call back a third time when it comes.
