I had such a great experience with Rescue Lock and Key! From the moment I called, the person who answered the phone was prompt, professional, and well-spoken. They got someone out to me quickly, and Jasmine was absolutely wonderful fast-paced, sweet, kind, and clearly great at what she does. She made a stressful situation so much easier. My door handle and lock were completely shot. I called Phil and he was over within an hour. This guy is friendly and professional. He got the door open and was able to replace the handle and latch quickly. The whole process was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this gentleman and his business.

Demetrius was awesome. We have been looking for someone to replace my husbands motorcycle key(it was lost) and this was the only place that we found that could do it. They came and made two keys for us within 15 minutes. If I can rate it a 10 star, I would. Thank you all again.

Friendly and incredibly helpful! He remembered so many details about our commercial door that he had previously worked on and gave a lot of great advice on what options we have for locking the door that would be fire-safe. Highly recommend.

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn’t as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.

I wish I’d known this before I went to the dealer to get my key programmed. They charged me $95 just to program my fob only!

But Locksmith Services would have programmed my fob AND laser cut my emergency key inside the fob for a TOTAL of $85! They were done with the cut in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend getting your key programmed and cut here!! It works perfectly and would have saved me a lot more money.

Granted it was sunday but three of the well known brands told me they were too busy to get me today. I called this one and he was here working on my car getting rekeyed in literally 15 min of my request. It took less than 30 minutes if that. Great job!
