I tried to purchase a new key because I had lost mine. I gave the guy $150 in cash so he could order me a new key. I eventually found my old key and forgot about the money I gave him. I called today, explained the situation, and the guy said they tried to call me numerous times and I didn’t answer. I told him I didn’t notice any missed calls at all. He laughed at me. I explained that I wasn’t just lying. Why would I give someone $150 and then just blow them off? That’s crazy right?! Then he laughed at me and hung up. He now refuses to answer my phone calls. I will be reporting this as theft. That is very unprofessional and down right rude. I’m so confused as to what he’s is even Ang Rey about? I wasn’t even rude on the phone. He was immediately defensive. Seems very odd and just confusing to be honest. I just wanted my money back. I’m a single mom. I’m raising three kids on my own with no support, and this guy is now refusing to give me my money back that he I didn’t even get a service from??? What on earth is going on here?!

It did a good job coping my truck key that was in bad shape. Tried with another company like this and the key came out incorrect. Very impressed with the system they use.

Do not use KeyMe Locksmiths. it is a total rip off, they charged me 165 to dispatched a tow company. they tow company told me it was only 65 for the service. So its a 100 dollar upcharge to just call them pretty much. total scam.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. Very appreciative and thankful for the quick and easy help when I was in need! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
