DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY NON AMERICAN MADE VEHICLE HERE!! I specifically went to this company to support my people. Drove out of my way to support them, because I was assured over the phone they could copy Range Rover Keys. I should have been alarmed that it took the rep over an hour to try to program the key. But I was forced to come back the next day because he misprogrammedmy key in the process and I couldnt lock my doors. But he assured me he assured me he would fix it tomorrow when he got the correct programmer. Still couldn’t fix it. Sent me to his friend shop, they couldn’t fix it. I remained calm initially because I have multiple cars. What pissed me off is when he he stopped answering my calls and when I would come up there for him to fix it, he would act like I’m annoying him!! His mistake cost me over 2k to fix! I wrote the owner she didn’t respond. Started to blast her on FB, but STILL didn’t want to do a Black company like that! This is why it has taken me three years later to even review them! I didn’t want to do this. But who am I helping allowing them to get away with destroying people vehicles! they never responded to me to this day. Do Not allow these people to touch your luxury vehicles, it could cost you more later

Chris was able to help program and cut a key fob for my recently acquired vehicle. Service was quick, friendly, and cheap compared to mainstream dealerships. I was a walk-in customer on a Friday and was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend and will be telling friends and family!

Overpriced , I was told it would be $60-$80 to lock pick and a $34.99 service charge that they show up try to log pink and then start drilling into my keyhole calling the service to be $225 which is not what I was expecting, but they did not even ask me if it was OK to drill a hole in the key lock

Chicago Locksmith the real deal! I went in to get a new key fob and reprogramming done which should’ve took like 45min but Noe got it done in ten minutes! That boy super fast! My Jeep works just fine now! Really cool people at CL, very friendly atmosphere!

We had our car key stolen while visiting in Chicago and Jose and Julian were extremely helpful in getting us a replacement key. Julian even talked “legos” with my kids while he worked quickly to program the new fob. They were quick, professional, and very kind.
