Satisfied but not thrilled. Got a smart lock installed and it works. Im sure my locksmith knew when he left that the lock was not flush (see picture).

The young man that assisted me did a Wonderful job in assisting me as to learning how to operate the key machine. He was very very patience and polite. Whatever is the highest score that he could get, he definitely earned it. Koodos to that young man. Thanks once again

Easy to use. I can’t believe how expensive keys have gotten. Glad you had buy 2 get 1 free. That helped a little with the cost. I don’t know why there was a surcharge!

Key works perfectly, but it was expensive,one key was $7. The kiosk was offline and I called the number on the machine and the rep was nice and polite and fixed the machine remotely. She also stayed on the phone and walked me through the process of creating the new key.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

I pay for like 10 keys and only needed three and had to re-copy the three because none of the same keys was printed correctly for any of the lights that I was trying to reprint terrible machine
