Bought three keys none of them work. We never use this crappy service again.
Now I have to go back to Menards get these replaced I’m flying out of town in the morning and I can’t get there today so I’m screwed I need to fly back to Bostonwith no keys to my condo .

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

My understanding of emergency service is that they will answer the phone when called or at least return the call within the next 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. As of right now an hour has past and nobody has called, if they happen to have the decency to call back and give some kind of excuse I’ll update the review, otherwise take this review as they never called back.

Saul did an amazing job on making me two keys. I went all over town and no one was capable of cutting my apt door key correctly. Not even the leasing office. I expressed my concerns to Saul and he made the impossible possible. I was in and out in under 10mins, I also paid a very reasonable price and most importantly the customer service was amazing! 10/10 Thanks so much ❤️
