What a SCAM! Charged an OBSENE amount of money for 5 minutes of work and then still expected a tip. Purposefully wouldn’t tell me the cost until he arrived so it was harder to turn him away after an hour of waiting outside with my 3 small children.

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.

Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

Great experience. So quick and various options available for choosing key design. Much user friendly and simple to duplicate the key within less than 5 minutes. Keys worked as like original key.
