Neighbor misplaced both set’s of keys to her vehicle and was unable to use vehicle. Called Lighthouse Lock and key and was able to get new key cut, programmed and tested at sight where car was located the same day called. Definitely worked out good for everyone involved and would recommend to anyone needing help.

Our front door lock was broken on the weekend . We called Hero Locksmith . Xavier came out within a two hour window . I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge . Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I never thought this would happen, but my key broke off inside our house door knob. I had groceries that needed to be unpacked, an evening shift to get ready for, my husband stuck at work. My mind was scrambling, trying to figure out how I was going to get into our own home. I took a chance calling A-1 and I’m so glad I did!
They arrived in under 15 minutes, fished the broken key out and even fixed our apparently hungry door. The service tech was incredibly kind, professional and fast.

Ray was amazing was here faster than I expected and was able to get me in my home the couple people I called before never even called back. He came over to check it out. It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!
