The person on the phone misquoted us about $100 less than the actual charge and we wasted gas to find out he was wrong. Please train your people better. We decided to just go to Lexus for a key fob. I. Spinello already were incompetent on their quotes on prices.

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn’t as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.
