The experience was ok and I needed help with the machine and price I paid was reasonable but a little to much because I asked for one key but I got charged for a second key I paid 9.35 for two keys because only pay 2..99 last I had a copy made for me this was a little expensive but at least they work and open my door

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!
