The guys are great with all your lock and key stuff.
They do lock outs if you lost or left your in the car.

The key works if you move it just right. This sketchy service wants to “upcharge” you for a smoother finish for an additional $2.99. I thought to myself that it seemed ridiculous so I did not go this route. when my key came out of the kiosk it had very sharp burrs all along the edges of the keys and I ended up getting slivers of brass stuck in my finger when I was rubbing along it. I took it home and used a file on it after testing it to make sure it actually worked which it barely did. my suggestion is just don’t use this service.

Absolutely terrible service. My fiance was charged $290 to get his truck unlocked. Was quoted $189, which is already RIDICULOUS, but because the person they sent went to the wrong town he was charged more fees. $290 for what should have been 20 minutes of driving and a generous 30 seconds of actual work. Dont use this greedy company unless you’re looking to get RIPPED OFF in an already hard enough economy. Should be able to give less than 1 star.

The key machine is very easy to use. I liked the offer of buy 2 get 3rd free. Being on a fixed income, that was a very good deal. The process is quick & the keys work perfectly in the lock.

It was easy, but would like it if you could do different keys in one transaction. I needed to make four different keys. Front door back door ect.. Had to pay each as a separate transaction. Would like a option before you pay to ask if you need to make other keys or if you are done . So, then you don’t have to put in your credit card four different times.
