Neighbor misplaced both set’s of keys to her vehicle and was unable to use vehicle. Called Lighthouse Lock and key and was able to get new key cut, programmed and tested at sight where car was located the same day called. Definitely worked out good for everyone involved and would recommend to anyone needing help.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. Very appreciative and thankful for the quick and easy help when I was in need! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I tried to purchase a new key because I had lost mine. I gave the guy $150 in cash so he could order me a new key. I eventually found my old key and forgot about the money I gave him. I called today, explained the situation, and the guy said they tried to call me numerous times and I didn’t answer. I told him I didn’t notice any missed calls at all. He laughed at me. I explained that I wasn’t just lying. Why would I give someone $150 and then just blow them off? That’s crazy right?! Then he laughed at me and hung up. He now refuses to answer my phone calls. I will be reporting this as theft. That is very unprofessional and down right rude. I’m so confused as to what he’s is even Ang Rey about? I wasn’t even rude on the phone. He was immediately defensive. Seems very odd and just confusing to be honest. I just wanted my money back. I’m a single mom. I’m raising three kids on my own with no support, and this guy is now refusing to give me my money back that he I didn’t even get a service from??? What on earth is going on here?!

Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I spent nearly 700 dollars for a replacement key fob for my Volkswagen and they didn’t even give me the correct key. They gave me this cheap plastic one that not only doesn’t have a key blade, but lacks some buttons and functions the original has. It took them over a week to get the job done, first it was supposed to be the next day, then the day after, and on and on until they eventually did the job. The customer service people are liars as well, they told me they needed a deposit, then they’d do the job and give me a payment plan. Turns out the deposit isn’t even the deposit, so I eventually had to wait even longer so I could be able to pay the $700 full price. And this is the type of key I get. I paid $580 for this same service and not only did I get an ACTUAL Volkswagen key but they came and programmed it the same exact day the key arrived. I’m likely going to file a complaint with the ftc as this company basically scammed me. I would NOT recommend getting a key fob done with them.

I called Fred’s locksmithing because I needed someone to rekey all of my residential locks and my triplex and I was hoping to have Fred create a master key system. However, rather than accepting my myself as a client, Fred actually directed me to a product that would allow me to rekey all of the locks by myself and allow me to have a master key (kwikset key control system ). So while I did not actually utilize Fred’s locksmithing Services, it was not because I did not need them. I did need his Services, but he also knew of an alternate path for myself that would not only save me money but would also remove me from being a potential client. I think that this was a stand-up move and reflects that that Fred is an open, honest Small Business person. So while I did not know how Fred is as a service provider, I do suspect that he is a good And honest person.

Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.
