Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

These guys are amazing! Had me in and out in less than five minutes remaking a key I needed for a street sweeper. The guy in there helping me was very knowledgeable, professional, and was eager to help. So many locksmiths businesses are only mobile now. It’s great to know that there are still Storefronts like this one where someone can go and speak to a person that wants to help. I highly recommend his business!

These guys are great!!! Came in clutch when I really needed them. Charlie was the locksmith who came out. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in a great way. JEEEZZ !!!! It feels like pulling teeth just to get basic service here. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work, and on top of that, they refuse to match prices. They are way overpriced!!! What a shame, I was ready to spend a significant amount of money here, for my stores and home, easily around $10,000+ but they clearly don’t want the business. We went with someone else.

The locksmith was polite and professional in demeanor, but unfortunately did not demonstrate strong lock-picking skills. I needed help opening a safe in my late mother’s home, and without a key or code, I was hoping for a solution that preserved the safe. Instead of being able to pick the lock, he insisted the only option was to drill it out. I agreed at the time, but in hindsight regret the decision — drilling destroyed the safe, which was worth around $600, and I was charged $200 for something that could have been done by anyone with a drill.

While I take responsibility for saying yes, I hired a locksmith specifically because I expected expertise in opening locks without unnecessary damage. A skilled locksmith should have been able to pick the lock rather than defaulting to destruction.

Mel is genuinely a good guy. As well as the other gentlemen that helped out for a few minutes. Makes sense this place has such good reviews! Very impressed.

I went to get a special door latch. Mel was very patient and informative with explaining things. I ended up using them to install it. The gentleman John that came out is also a good guy. He was professional, quick, and clean.

Very easy to use and fast . The key works fine when I tried it in my door. I just thought it was on the pricey side. I think it would have been cheaper at the hardware store, with that being said it was very convenient and I was grocery shopping at the time and needed a key for my daughter and there was the kiosk.

Lost my keys needed to make new copy of a few keys. Paid $27 for 3 keys. Price feels high for keys that felt so flimsy and only 1 option for style (unless you wanted to wait a week for them to be shipped) so now all my keys look the same so that’s a fun new game I get to play everyday now… Anyway the keys work as advertised so that’s half the battle so there’s that.

I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

Had a great experience! I made 4 keys, all different patterns. My mother in law loved the dog key – my wife loved the key that also planted a tree, I got the key with the galaxy. Normally I don’t like up-selling but it was a nice touch to offer an additional key for 1$ and an additional donation to plant another tree while waiting. All four keys worked perfectly on the 1st try! Perfectly carved and easy to use. Would use this service again for my next key making needs
