The keys don’t work, and I’m disappointed. They don’t even fit into the keyhole of the lock they’re purported to open. I would like a refund.

I lost my car key and I was looking for a car key service in Irving Park, Chicago and the prompt service was truly appreciated since I’m from the northern suburbs of Chicago. Very helpful and courteous that my wife appreciated. I emphasize promptness and understanding of our situation being in Chicago. Highly recommend and glad to support a small business. I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed a new lock or handles for my old lock. They said that my old lock is of very good quality and the same new one will cost very much. I replied that the lock works well without problems, it just looks terrible (especially the handles from the lock). I asked if they had any new handles suitable for this lock, but there were no handles available either. Then the seller asked for the key to the lock, took the lock and went to another room, and when he came back 5 minutes later, he said that I must pay 35 dollars for the fact that he adjusted it. However, I did not ask him to do anything with the lock, because it worked without problems. In general, I do not recommend this place to anyone!

This is an ATM for keys inside Jewel. The system is designed flawlessly, I really like it. I was skeptical but I tested the key and it’s perfect. Highly recommend it.

Just needed a little run under wire wheel and they were perfectly good. They had alot of burrs and flash that I did not want to come loose inside or collect inside the lock mechanism. But the there was an offer to upgrade to the peak-less cut at an additional charge; that I did not get due to cost for the large quantity of keys I was cutting. However if I were only cutting a few keys; I would try that next time.
