I called Fred’s locksmithing because I needed someone to rekey all of my residential locks and my triplex and I was hoping to have Fred create a master key system. However, rather than accepting my myself as a client, Fred actually directed me to a product that would allow me to rekey all of the locks by myself and allow me to have a master key (kwikset key control system ). So while I did not actually utilize Fred’s locksmithing Services, it was not because I did not need them. I did need his Services, but he also knew of an alternate path for myself that would not only save me money but would also remove me from being a potential client. I think that this was a stand-up move and reflects that that Fred is an open, honest Small Business person. So while I did not know how Fred is as a service provider, I do suspect that he is a good And honest person.

Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

Had these guys come out. We’re here 4 hours couldn’t get it to work or duplicate fob. He was suppose to have someone else come out but no call no show. Still asked for service fee. I used these guys because of the ratings, but still without a fob key. The guy was nice but seemed like this was his 1st day on the job. 4 hours when he said maybe an hour.

The key machine is very easy to use. I liked the offer of buy 2 get 3rd free. Being on a fixed income, that was a very good deal. The process is quick & the keys work perfectly in the lock.

My Husband and I are moving to Morrison and are renovating a home. Had 3 keys made for my neighbors. They all go in with lots of shaking & effort. Once in they do turn very easy. I’m not sure if they are deburred after cutting. If not this would explain not going in easy.

locked my keys in my car and a gentleman was on his way , we ended up being able to unlock it with a remote start device, this gentleman was so kind and understanding when we called him back after he was already on his way. definitely recommend and will keep info for the future! Called to get help getting in my car after I locked myself out starting it to warm up. The guy who answered was immediately rude telling me “just because you looked us up on the map doesn’t mean we can be right there”, which I never asked. The last thing you need when you are in a bad situation is someone being rude for absolutely zero reason.

What a great place and service. If you need a key or a lock, they’ll probably have it or can get it. The place has some really interesting Erector Set steam locomotives you rarely see and other vintage door hardware. Bill is fantastic. Amanda is great too! Wonderful personal service that is all but lost today. I’m not from the area, but they treated me as though I was. I highly recommend them.
