Would recommend. The kiosk makes a variety of keys, there are upgrades available. From basic to different shapes, themes and colors. An option to smooth edges or if you can’t wait they can save cut and mail them to you. There are other options for car keys… I like using it because it is easy and fast to use. The first time I used it was at Menards this time at Walmart after I was done with my shopping. I made six keys they were done in a snap.

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

Would give 0 stars if able to. I purchase a key on 10/18 through the kiosk in Meijer. The kiosk advertises delivery within 3-5 business days for special keys ( I ordered a 49ner design) I have yet to receive my key. I finally emailed support on 10/28 after waiting and waiting. They told me I needed to wait an additional 72 hrs. as the tracking is delayed. I checked again today, and the tracking showed the package was delivered to an address in Aurora. I live 30 mins away.

After providing screenshots of the tracking and my address, I get a message that

” The location on the tracking appears to be your local post office where the package was routed. Please be advised that tracking information may occasionally be delayed and may not display in real time due to system synchronization and other operational factors.

Additionally, I have issued a 25% one-time courtesy credit for the inconvenience. Please know that depending in your bank, it will reflect within 5 business days.”

So I got a courtesy refund of $3 and still no key or legit promise of one.
