Very friendly, I came to get second key.
My work vehicle is older. The doors were not unlocking easily this caused my key to fracture (crack) They lubricated all the locks and made adjustments with no extra charge. They made me two keys programmed and everything for $110 for a good deal
Most places charge $150 for one key

I misplaced the key to my master closet after forgetting where I put it while being gone for the month. It was a Saturday afternoon and I called Modesto Lock and Key and they responded immediately and was able to open my closet without causing any damage. And it was tough to get open. Great customer service and the tech was so kind and worked so quick and hard to get my closet opened for me. Highly recommend!

Octavio Jr. could not have been better – superb experience. I lock myself out of my home. I have security locks that can’t be picked, I bought them for that reason. Therefore, I knew the lock would need to be drilled out. Junior assessed the situation, was able to gain access to similarly keyed lock on my home, and make a new key from its cylinder – brilliant! Nothing was damaged, I did not have to buy a replacement lock, which saved me time and $$$. Plus, Junior suggested a MyQ garage door open system, available on Amazon. I bought it. The MyQ system has several benefits, one of which is an addition entry option if I ever lose my key again. I am so grateful to have found a locksmith that conducts his business with such honesty and integrity. Great guy – super helpful, super friendly, I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Misunderstanding called to get an estimate for key fob. Office required my address and phone number to give an estimate. A associate would call to give an estimate. 15 minutes later I spoke to an associate with a thick accent I explained my problem. I explained I just needed a quote for replacement of a key FOB. I got a quote for 153.00 dollars I hung up. They sent a locksmith anyway to my address saying I am here to fix your key. I explained a second, third and forth time I only needed a quote. The tech Smith was upset with me but I only wanted a quote. I Was called twice after that about this matter from the dispatcher. Both the tech and the dispatcher were not listening to me on this call.

Excellent experience with Professional Locksmith Company today. Yeshai and Mike were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. They arrived quickly, fixed the issue efficiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly along the way.

They got my car unlocked but didn’t say the price until they were already there. $300 to get your car unlocked. Too much for 10 minutes of work.
