I got my key 10 days ago and the door had started to shut with the key still on my hand which bent the key. The quality of the metal is so poor that I tried to bend it back now there’s a kink and it doesn’t function. Waste of money.

My gun safe was not responding to my passcode. Greg at MGN came out, made an assessment and used their network to contact the manufacturer. No drilling, no damage & he reset my passcode. I now have proper access to my safe & did not have to replace it.

For those curious, I am the only person who can access the gun safe.

I just used them to get a key fob for my car. He was not able to program it. Then charged me 200$ for duplicating a metal key. I would not recommend them.

They were very helpful in making me copies of a unique 🗝️. Ace Hardware couldn’t do it but they could! I’ve used them before to install a 🔒 on my 🚪 but this is the first time I can remember actually going into the store. The service was good and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Motorcycle keys copy !!!
Frank helped me. He’s a lovely person. After searching everywhere, he was the only one who agreed to make a copy of my motorcycle key, and it came out perfectly.

The machine dropped the new key inside of itself instead of dispensing it. You can see 5 or 6 other keys that have met similar fates. Prices are already pretty ridiculous for an automated machine, let alone one that barely works.

Dont pay extra for their silly “smooth cut” either. Thats a deburring that used to be done for free, just rub the edges of your keys against each other to knock off any slivers that hold on. Absolutely comical.

So I needed services for a lockout . My keys were locked in my trunk of my car I called and they gave me a technician by the name of Adam he came out and was very arrogant and rude . But promised to make a new key and get into the trunk so I can get my original Fob . Against companies policy he charged me 140$ upfront which I paid him and he took My EIS system out of my car for 2 days to program new key to gain access to. Once he came back June 1 2026 and he was able to gain entry into my trunk . He immediately located and confiscated my original key and neglected to give it to me and then told me instead of 400$ that we agreeed on that he now wanted 560$ in order to get it back . When I told him it wasn’t the price we agreeed on he jumped into his vehicle and sped off ! I contacted the company and they assured me that they would fix and resolve the issue ! After hours of the technician being gone with my house keys mind you I’m a single parent of 3 , I was scared and terrified that someone I don’t know has entry to my home ! After 3 hours the manager or owner /david called me and tried to come to a resolution even after I told him I feel threatened and I didn’t want to deal with Adam . He told me to just pay the remainder of the initial price of 400$ which would be 260 and Adam will return my keys . Adam called an hour later saying that he can’t bring my keys until the following morning at 9 am .! 9 am on June 2 the company calls and tell me Adam will
Be running late & about two hours later he arrives . When I meet him I try to shake his hand and he hands me a clear bag with house key, original car fob and my EIS kit that was in the car when he pulled off on June 1 after returning it and installing it into the car . I was confused on how he now had it in a bag after I recorded it being in car after the situation and him stealing my keys !. He damanded payment n failed to install my EIS kit back into my car I handed him back the clear bag and he said I don’t have to pay him and he ran to his car which he parked into the alley and sped off luckily I was able to get his license plate number and I filed charges with the police ! The company has failed to help me and will not refund my money of 140$ that I pod initially for the service .! Now I don’t have my house keys or my EIS kit ! Here are pictures to how he left my car , here are pictures proving he was the one who had the EIS kit ! This company is a bunch of scammers and I drive a Mercedes Benz that this man totally messed up and they have no regard for anyone’s feelings I would never ever go with this company again !
