I never thought this would happen, but my key broke off inside our house door knob. I had groceries that needed to be unpacked, an evening shift to get ready for, my husband stuck at work. My mind was scrambling, trying to figure out how I was going to get into our own home. I took a chance calling A-1 and I’m so glad I did!
They arrived in under 15 minutes, fished the broken key out and even fixed our apparently hungry door. The service tech was incredibly kind, professional and fast.
I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone!

I would definitely recommend these kiosks. I have used it 3 times. One of the keys didn’t work and I was immediately refunded when I reported it. It’s so convenient.
