Loaded my kid up in the backseat, as soon as I shut the door the Remote start stopped and locked the pickup… Called, and they were at the house within 10m… Terry is awesome. Highly Recommend!

My door handle and lock were completely shot. I called Phil and he was over within an hour. This guy is friendly and professional. He got the door open and was able to replace the handle and latch quickly. The whole process was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this gentleman and his business.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I spent nearly 700 dollars for a replacement key fob for my Volkswagen and they didn’t even give me the correct key. They gave me this cheap plastic one that not only doesn’t have a key blade, but lacks some buttons and functions the original has. It took them over a week to get the job done, first it was supposed to be the next day, then the day after, and on and on until they eventually did the job. The customer service people are liars as well, they told me they needed a deposit, then they’d do the job and give me a payment plan. Turns out the deposit isn’t even the deposit, so I eventually had to wait even longer so I could be able to pay the $700 full price. And this is the type of key I get. I paid $580 for this same service and not only did I get an ACTUAL Volkswagen key but they came and programmed it the same exact day the key arrived. I’m likely going to file a complaint with the ftc as this company basically scammed me. I would NOT recommend getting a key fob done with them.
