Amanda and Gene spent a half hour of their precious time on the phone with me today to help me out…..and I’m not even a customer as I live out of state. I took my 2014 truck here when my key fob wasn’t working. Dealership told me that the fob needed to be synced with the truck. A gentleman at Active flipped my incorrectly installed battery and that’s all it took for everything to work again! Didn’t charge me anything! And that is how Active got themselves a customer for life.

It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!

We needed a lock replaced for our mailbox, as the keys to the previous one were lost.
He was available to come on pretty short notice.
He’s got super reasonable prices for this job 150$ plus an available 10% discount depending on how you find him.
He was super efficient in his work, we were happy with how quick he was.
We got the lock replaced, and 3 copies of the key for the new lock.

For someone who didn’t know what to expect hiring a locksmith for this job I am very satisfied
