Frank helped me. He’s a lovely person. After searching everywhere, he was the only one who agreed to make a copy of my motorcycle key, and it came out perfectly.

Patrick was prompt, pleasant, competent. Rekeyed several locks, suggesting a single key which was helpful. Disabled a troublesome lock for free. Friendly, answered unrelated questions. Competitive pricing. Much better experience than hiring from the call banks, and I prefer supporting small local businesses anyway. Hired due to personal recommendations which said he’s honest and kind. He didn’t request the review.

When given the option of adding one more key to my order, I was informed that the third key would be free. OK. I personally thought that they would automatically grind the third key. Nope. You need to add that key to your order. Do not order two and think three will be provided. You have to add the third key to your order.
Also, if you have multiple keys within your session and will be having two or more issued, I would split your oder into two seperate orders if you want to take advantage of the “Free” key.
Outside of these two points of interest, all went very well and enjoyed the experience.
