I had the pleasure of working with Dougs Lock and Key Service in Marion, Illinois, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I called them on a Monday (a day after a snowstorm) to install two new locks for my home. I was converting the property from an independent residence to a rental and needed the work done by Friday. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they also made the whole process incredibly smooth and quick.

To my surprise, they showed up just 30 minutes after my call, despite the snowstorm that had dumped over a foot of snow. The technician was not only prompt but also professional and courteous, taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while getting the job done.

I was impressed with how quick and efficiently he worked. He had everything completed and my home ready to go five days ahead of schedule! The service was also reasonably priced.

Honestly, I wish all companies had customer service this good. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and they’ve earned every bit of this five-star review!

Was so incredibly kind and genuine when I was having a stressful day. I truly believe you will not find someone in the area so willing to help. Arrived promptly and immediately assessed the situation and had it resolved in minutes. I was so blessed he was able to help me today and will recommend him a million times over!
