Billy came out to see us to help my dad retrieve his key from inside of his car. Billy was incredibly responsive via phone, checking in with me between appointments. Billy was able to open up my dad’s Porsche Panamera and treated it with respect and efficiency. He was so quick! We are so appreciative of Madison Locksmith and Billy for all of his help. We lost our key to the rental car, and we used our roadside assistance. Thankfully they work with Bill’s Keyshop, and he was able to get us a new key made. He worked with us financially, and more importantly, he went above and beyond by helping us load our walkers after seating me safely in the vehicle. If you need a key or locksmithing services in the Madison area, THIS IS THE GUY YOU SHOULD CALL. I filled out 5 forms requesting a callback on various Madison locksmiths’ sites. Only Ron replied. Not only that, but he replied only a few hours later. Once we were in touch, he answered all my questions quickly and clearly. We set up a mobile appointment and THAT SAME DAY I was able to get my lost electronic car key replaced. Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the look and feel of my new key. One of the best service experiences I have ever had.

Jake provided replacement keys and fobs for two of our vehicles. He did the work quickly and efficiently, even freeing up the door lock mechanism on one of our vehicles. He didn’t charge anything extra for that work. The work was completed quicker than expected. It was a great experience and we highly recommend Locks & Unlocks.

Had them install a programmable lock on a multi-unit building. They were great to deal with and the installer made sure I knew how to program the lock going forward. 11 months later the lock started malfunctioning. One of the technicians spent so much time working with me on this. He even gave me his personal number to text updates on whether or not the lock had been fixed. Capital worked with me to get a replacement from the lock company at no cost. I was charged a fraction of the labor time they spent with me. Thoughout this multi-day process, the locksmith I worked with (William) was engaged, professional, and truly cared to get the job done right. Highly recommend them.

I had bought a key back in May and it didn’t work. I returned it to them in the provided packaging back on June 6. A few days later, I emailed them and they told me there was no tracking information from FedEx since then I’ve emailed them every day asking for an update with no response. I have not heard anything and have not received my refund. it is now July 1. Should would like my $140

Needed a door key copied. Copying the key was successful & once my payment was approved the copied key did not come out. The employee I talked to about what had happened responded with “it is what it is” so I paid to get a key copied & didn’t receive a key & didn’t think it’s important to make it right. Their advice was to try it again. Pay double for the chances of not get a key copied again. DO NOT USE!!!
