Honestly complete cheat of company. Call them to change out 2 locks, 3 blocks from their office. Tech is onsite maybe 45 minutes total, comes to me with a bill for $350 dollar. For 2 re-keys. He starts talking about how the old handle was broke, this trim was broke, blah blah. I didn’t hire them to remodel I hired them to rekey two locks.

He did all this and charged without prior approval, and when I say something the tech gets attitude, talking about if we don’t wanna pay he can just pull all the stuff out and leave us with doors that don’t lock. Just another example of companies nick and diming people to make a buck rather than running honest business. Call the business and they tell me, “tech do the bills as they see fit”

Scott came out to help re-key locks for a new home. He also provided new hardware so keys would be the same for the front and back doors. They also offer service to reprogram the garage door openers so the code only works with the remotes you ask for. He provided new keys AND even adjusted the striker plate on the front storm door at no cost! It wasn’t aligned properly so it wouldn’t lock.

Great service, fast, clean, and locally owned. I would highly recommend.

Not only did I break my car key in half but was not a clean break. Surprisingly not only did they give my wife a quote be a really great price. They didn’t even blink an eye at the condition made a copy. Even let us know it wasn’t perfect and would have to work it a little.. Said we could bring the car up and they could make a better copy for us again a quarter of the price others told us just the key would cost. Yeah don’t even bother calling around save your self and your wallet and call these guys. I will most definitely return for any and all my key/lock needs. They have make me a loyal customer and that’s hard to do.

There’s no website to display prices so I’ll let you know now to expect to pay $270 for a car lockout. Go literally anywhere else for a more reasonable price. The locksmith was also 20 minutes late. For that price I would expect punctuality.
