Was relatively easy to work with the machine. Good directions. But none of the keys work. I has three copies of a single padlock key made. The original works great but none of the new ones. I put the original in just the first time and never touched it again. Inconvenient because I live 30 miles from menards.

Needed three new keys. Machine was quick and easy to use. All keys worked perfectly when I arrived home.
