First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. After three locksmiths failed to make a key fob for my Hyundai Santa Fe, Shawn came through and got it done. He even went back to his own home just to make sure I had the correct fob with full functionality. All of this was done in 98-degree heat — no complaints, just pure professionalism. Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

This was my second time using Karlock for work at my house and Karl did a great job again. He came same-day to install a deadbolt on a door that didn’t have one. The work was done well and I appreciate the good job cleaning up. Won’t hesitate to call back a third time when it comes.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock!
