LOCK AND KEY EXPERT didn’t meet my expectations. Communication was slow and unclear from the start, making it difficult to get basic information about pricing or scheduling. When the technician finally arrived, the work felt rushed, and I received little explanation about what was done. For the amount charged, I expected a more professional, thorough, and reliable service.

I would give Ten stars if I could. It’s hard to find locksmiths on google, because half of them are cons, and they all have different phone numbers, but it’s the same person, answering it
But mid america showed up Quickly. Was able to get the car unlocked in five minutes time and The price was completely fair. Very friendly service. I will Use this company anytime.

Amazing job this guy knows how to make his customers feel appreciated. He takes his time out to try his absolute best in making and programming keys!! We had a few heart wrenching moments trying to figure out how to get into my bcm on my 350z to get the new chips connected. But he didn’t deter or give up we keep trying what we thought would work and finally we got the code figured out and got both my new keys programmed. He’s a really nice and friendly person and is there to help doesn’t make you feel like he’s after your money!! He is trying to help you get the job done and that was awesome!! HIGHLYY recommend him and his shop didn’t leave be stranded like the two and half hour no call no show another locksmith did to me! Thank you so much for being patient and helping me get keys made for my 350z. AGAIN HIGHLYYY RECOMMEND!!!

I needed an extra key made for my 2011 Honda Pilot, so I contacted Jim’s Locksmith and Safe to see if they could help. They asked a few simple questions and requested a photo of the key and fob, which I sent by text. Although they didn’t have the key in stock and said it would take a day to arrive, they went ahead and ordered it for me even though my schedule was uncertain. The key was ready the very next day, and the entire service took less than 30 minutes. The price was also lower than four other places I contacted, including the Honda dealership. I highly recommend Jim’s Locksmith and Safe.
