We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!

Chris was able to help program and cut a key fob for my recently acquired vehicle. Service was quick, friendly, and cheap compared to mainstream dealerships. I was a walk-in customer on a Friday and was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend and will be telling friends and family!

If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.
