Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

Was relatively easy to work with the machine. Good directions. But none of the keys work. I has three copies of a single padlock key made. The original works great but none of the new ones. I put the original in just the first time and never touched it again. Inconvenient because I live 30 miles from menards.

First number I called after locking my keys in my truck in the Walmart parking lot. Very polite and professional on the phone. He was driving somewhere and said he would stop what he was doing and come straight here. Price was also very reasonable. We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!

Horrible experience with the bald guy working there. I told him I had a sprinter. He got upset. He said I caused him a headache. Ok I’ll take my vehicle to another shop who appreciates my business. I have multiple vans. My mistake was not mentioning the correct van when he can clearly see it outside. I suggest to take a vacation and clear your head so you can speak to customers properly.

Absolutely terrible service. My fiance was charged $290 to get his truck unlocked. Was quoted $189, which is already RIDICULOUS, but because the person they sent went to the wrong town he was charged more fees. $290 for what should have been 20 minutes of driving and a generous 30 seconds of actual work. Dont use this greedy company unless you’re looking to get RIPPED OFF in an already hard enough economy. Should be able to give less than 1 star.
