I request house doors rekeyed. They said they needed to order keys for my locks and it would be 3-5 days. Then they said they had to reorder them because they never received the shipment. Finally after 20 days, they texted me “Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the requested service as it is outside the scope of the services we offer.” So why did it take them 20 days to tell me that?

First off… Beth, is amazing. I told her my issues and she help me troubleshoot. Once it was determined that I would not be able to fix the issue, she sent Nick to the house. He was very informative and helpful. . Unfortunately, there are other underlying issues with the car. Nick gave us some ideas on next steps, so we are pursuing them.Based of the customer service alone, I would not choose another locksmith

I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free key deal and was charged for all three! Not to mention they do not work and I was never sent a receipt so I could get a refund. But hey they sent me the review!!!! Priorities!!! Oh how I miss the days of actual people to cut keys!!!!

Lost the key to my 2017 Ford Escape and had to have a new one made. Dealership quoted me $650 and this place quoted me $350! It was easy to call and schedule and two days later the technician came out. He was very polite and friendly and got to work immediately. It took a little longer than expected but he got the job done! New key, key cut, and programming cost $300. I hope I never lose my key again but if I do I would definitely call these guys again!

The machine was so easy to use. They have a great selection for in store or you can have them delivered to your door. You can save keys to your email securely as well for convenience. My keys worked fantastically as well! Thank you so much!
