These guys are great!!! Came in clutch when I really needed them. Charlie was the locksmith who came out. He was kind, professional, and explained everything in a great way. Well, I thought they were the name in the North Shore. They’ve been doing this long enough—locksmiths, they say. I’ve had work done on my residence before and was impressed and happy.

A couple months ago, I needed an extra set of keys cut for an old car. I walked in, no questions asked. The locksmith—who’s been around forever here—cut them with no problem. Keys worked, payment was easy, all the good stuff.

Then today, I go back to get a second set made at the same place, and a pleasant young lady tells me they can’t do it because their equipment would get torn up. Okay… let’s think: locksmith, locks. I didn’t think steel keys had gone out of style in favor of other metals. I reminded her Keyth had done this before. Aren’t you a locksmith? Steel keys are still a thing, right? Not everything’s a keypad.

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! Yeshai was a great technician and took the time to explain everything and waited patiently while we tested the new lock and our doorbell combo. Highly recommend!

I made two different keys. One turned out great using the standard brass. The other key that was made requires additional movement within the lock to be successful. I also had to restart the process twice as I received an error message upon getting to the payment screen.
