Duplicating the key was seamless. However, I was unable to smooth out the rough edges due to a malfunction of the key making equipment. When I got home and put the key in the front door, I couldn’t get it out. My handyman had to work very hard to get the key out of the door. I have not tried to insert it again. I plan on taking the original key to a hardware store to have it duplicated.

What an amazing experience! When you accidentally lock your keys in your car, we didn’t expect to walk away from that with big smiles! From the moment we called it was one of the best customer service experiences. Price was right and he hits it out of the park with kindness. We wish we could give him more stars!

Quinn came out today. He was here promptly at 11:00 a.m. (I was promised between 11:00-1:00). I lost my only remaining keyfob for my Ford SUV in November/2025. After searching for months for it in my home, I finally started calling for quotes.

While still expensive (what isn’t today?), two cut key/key fobs were $300 less than the quote I received from Gillespe Ford, the Ford Dealership around the corner from my home.

The keys are “aftermarket” and don’t have the Ford logo on them…no big deal. Quinn had them programmed quickly and showed me that both fobs did everything the original fobs did. He said they are guaranteed. If I have any problem accessing my vehicle with the fobs, they will fix the problem.

The master key Quinn was using to “cut” the actual keys broke, so he was only able to cut one key from the two fobs, but he was 100% honest and showed me the damaged master key. He advised that, if he tried to use it, it could break in the keyhole. He didn’t want to risk it. He’ll be back to cut the 2nd key at no charge once he has a replacement master. His honesty, friendliness, professionalism, and promptness were much appreciated. Five Star service today!

They were able to copy an automotive key with my own provided blank, which was difficult to find someone who was willing – highly recommended!

The amount of gratitude I have for Dan goes far above and beyond the words I can type. After dealing with over a month plus of nonsense with a previous mechanic, Dan came it to save the day. He was able to get my unique situation fixed in a matter of a day total. Whether it comes to the friendliness of both Dan and Jess, whether it’s the professionalism and transparency, or whether it’s the understanding of the situation this place is the locksmith to get a hold of. I wish I could leave 100/5 stars for this review but maybe those who see this can add the rest of what this review can’t. I will always call Dan at MGM for any locksmith needs and you should too!

Said locksmith survices would start at 89. Then tried to charge over 200 bucks for a simple pick. Lied saying it was a advanced lock even tho its a normal every day kwikset lock. Technician also didnt show up on time. Said hed be there in about half an hour and then showed up over a hour after i called. Not a fan of the wait or the pricing.
