I took in two key pad locks to have the override keys synched. They were done the next day and worked perfectly.
The person was considerate and explained when they were available and not. They do a lot of service calls but make the effort to be there at specific times.

The three keys machine made didn’t work and, in fact, it was readily apparent when the first one dropped out of machine they may have been missed cut because it was missing a pretty clear “ridge” in the pattern. The Walmart I made them at in Batavia is 40 miles from our apartment, so it took me a couple days to get here.

The result is it’s lucky. I didn’t rely on the new keys and kept the original with me for this trip or I would’ve been locked out. Pretty poor experience. How do I get my money back?

I was driving the speed limit (36mph) on Prarie in Sycamore (40 mph). The van behind me was following very close the entire way from my turn from Peace. In a construction site the van decided to pass me going faster than the speed limit which I clearly was doing legally. I realized it was company vehicle and I know that it’s totally disrespectful to drive recklessly in a company vehicle. Maybe their service is good, however maybe the way they get there is another issue. Cmon it’s in the middle of Sycamore dude.

I stopped doing my grocery shopping at Meijer because of their politics and all the donations they’ve made, but I still went there for the convenient key duplication kiosk. The process is simple and straightforward. It just took a little longer than I’d like to get my three copies made, which knocked down one star in my review. Otherwise, it’s a solid and convenient service. Hopefully they’ll offer more design options in the future.

I went to the Batteries Plus in Geneva, thinking I only needed a new battery for a car key fob. Turned out the key fob needed reprogramming. Noah was able to take care of that for me for about $38. The Ford dealer wanted $175. Great service.

I’ve been to this store a few times. They always provide outstanding customer service. This store is located near Fargo and Randall in a strip mall.

Enzo was great! He changed 7 locks across 4 doors, explained everything, and answered my questions clearly. He was timely and worked efficiently and didn’t leave a mess. He even adjusted one of my door latches so that the door would close smoother even though he was only there to change locks. It was a pleasure to work with him, highly recommend, and would use again!

Unprofessional – first fix did not work and had to call them back when keys did not work. Second visit they completely overcharged us from price given over phone week prior!! Paid double the price quoted. Would NOT recommend!
