I needed a replacement for a broken key which a local hardware store was unable to provide. It was for a European vehicle so I wasn’t sure if MGN had the blanks, but they were able to make a new one while I waited which worked perfectly. They were friendly and efficient, and we like dealing with a local business and will come again.

Very kind business owner. When he could have charged me an arm and a leg to come and get me into my car he suggested somewhere closer and cheaper. EVEN THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS REASONABLY PRICED! Quinn came out today. He was here promptly at 11:00 a.m. (I was promised between 11:00-1:00). I lost my only remaining keyfob for my Ford SUV in November/2025. After searching for months for it in my home, I finally started calling for quotes.

While still expensive (what isn’t today?), two cut key/key fobs were $300 less than the quote I received from Gillespe Ford, the Ford Dealership around the corner from my home.

The keys are “aftermarket” and don’t have the Ford logo on them…no big deal. Quinn had them programmed quickly and showed me that both fobs did everything the original fobs did. He said they are guaranteed. If I have any problem accessing my vehicle with the fobs, they will fix the problem.

The master key Quinn was using to “cut” the actual keys broke, so he was only able to cut one key from the two fobs, but he was 100% honest and showed me the damaged master key. He advised that, if he tried to use it, it could break in the keyhole. He didn’t want to risk it. He’ll be back to cut the 2nd key at no charge once he has a replacement master. His honesty, friendliness, professionalism, and promptness were much appreciated. Five Star service today!

Can’t get these guys to communicate on the phone or by email for weeks now.

Maybe my single key cut isn’t big or profitable enough for them, but they should consider that they don’t know how many vehicles I truly own or how much service I may need in the immediate future.

After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. When I tried to call back twice my calls were not answered. After almost that the brink of frustration I called George The Locksmith back and thankfully the technician answered and informed me that he is available to assist. Quin came to my rescue and unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. He even offered me a spare key just for the door because I was having such a stressful night. Quin really made up for the terrible service and experience I was having last night. If you need assistance I HIGHLY recommend Quin because he will make sure that you will be taken care of. I wanna say again I thank you very much for your assistance and sweet interaction I would definitely come back!

Called the number but it’s an automated database of locksmiths around the country. Asks for zip code, then somebody answers and says they’ll send your info to a locksmith nearby who will then let you know about prices….rolling my eyes. Wanted to give 1 star since I literally wanted to reach someone nearby and not jump through these hoops. Will come back to edit my review if this situation turns out favorably. As in decent price, reasonable timing accomodation, easy to work with… whatever.
