Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you’re in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

Chicago Locksmith the real deal! I went in to get a new key fob and reprogramming done which should’ve took like 45min but Noe got it done in ten minutes! That boy super fast! My Jeep works just fine now! Really cool people at CL, very friendly atmosphere!

We cannot say enough nice things about The Professional Locksmith! They gave us a fair estimate and surprised us with finishing the same day because they had the part in stock! I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. Before coming in, I called around to multiple locksmiths to compare prices and get a better understanding of what I needed.

I didn’t speak to Dominic on the phone, but he helped me in person today and was great to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and even gave me $10 off for leaving an honest review. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the key works perfectly. They even gave me a spare key, that works just the doors included in the price.

I had read some scary reviews about people getting keys that didn’t start their cars and locksmiths refusing to fix it, so I was nervous — but this place earned my trust. They also offer a guarantee, which helped me feel more confident.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed a new lock or handles for my old lock. They said that my old lock is of very good quality and the same new one will cost very much. I replied that the lock works well without problems, it just looks terrible (especially the handles from the lock). I asked if they had any new handles suitable for this lock, but there were no handles available either. Then the seller asked for the key to the lock, took the lock and went to another room, and when he came back 5 minutes later, he said that I must pay 35 dollars for the fact that he adjusted it. However, I did not ask him to do anything with the lock, because it worked without problems. In general, I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I love the convenience of KeyMe. Keys are made pretty quickly and they always have a special on keys. Make sure to follow the directions carefully so that your keys are cut properly. It took me a few times to get it correct. Also, customer service is great if you make a mishap!
