I called Fred’s locksmithing because I needed someone to rekey all of my residential locks and my triplex and I was hoping to have Fred create a master key system. However, rather than accepting my myself as a client, Fred actually directed me to a product that would allow me to rekey all of the locks by myself and allow me to have a master key (kwikset key control system ). So while I did not actually utilize Fred’s locksmithing Services, it was not because I did not need them. I did need his Services, but he also knew of an alternate path for myself that would not only save me money but would also remove me from being a potential client. I think that this was a stand-up move and reflects that that Fred is an open, honest Small Business person. So while I did not know how Fred is as a service provider, I do suspect that he is a good And honest person.

The person on the phone misquoted us about $100 less than the actual charge and we wasted gas to find out he was wrong. Please train your people better. We decided to just go to Lexus for a key fob. I. Spinello already were incompetent on their quotes on prices.

Very kind business owner. When he could have charged me an arm and a leg to come and get me into my car he suggested somewhere closer and cheaper. EVEN THOUGH HIS QUOTE WAS REASONABLY PRICED! I didn’t catch his name, but I had a issue with a Liberty safe and he suggested how to take the cover off. Worked exactly like he said! I was able to fix myself. How many businesses would do that? I can’t recommend them enough!!! I will definitely use them for every lock problem I have. Thanks again!! In my opinion they’re the best.

Great service there. Steve helped us out and he got two out of three of our key fobs working for our Toyota. He even threw in a free battery. Would recommend them.

This was my second time using Karlock for work at my house and Karl did a great job again. He came same-day to install a deadbolt on a door that didn’t have one. The work was done well and I appreciate the good job cleaning up. Won’t hesitate to call back a third time when it comes.
