Called Chris due to an issue with my key not being able to turn my car on. He gave me at eta which he beat by 15 minutes. Great service, friendly, got everything done in a timely fashion. If you need assistance give him a call. Problem solved and a new key at a very reasonable price.

My door handle and lock were completely shot. I called Phil and he was over within an hour. This guy is friendly and professional. Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. If you are in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security in Oswego, IL. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I had a very old Medeco lock that I needed some new keys cut. After some failed attempts due to the age of the lock, they were able to re-key it and modernize it at no additional cost. They are great people to work with.

I needed a new key made for my older Honda CR-V after losing mine, and I’m really glad I came here. I had my spare key with me and wanted to replace my lost key with one that has buttons. I request house doors rekeyed. They said they needed to order keys for my locks and it would be 3-5 days. Then they said they had to reorder them because they never received the shipment. Finally after 20 days, they texted me “Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the requested service as it is outside the scope of the services we offer.” So why did it take them 20 days to tell me that?
