I didn’t catch his name, but I had a issue with a Liberty safe and he suggested how to take the cover off. Worked exactly like he said! I was able to fix myself. How many businesses would do that? I can’t recommend them enough!!! I will definitely use them for every lock problem I have. Thanks again!! In my opinion they’re the best.

Recently purchased our home and needed to have locks changed. After calling around to a few places we found Archway. Their prices were below others so we made appointment and they got us in within few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had one door that had previously given us trouble opening and he fixed that without us even mentioning it. Last minute we asked about our gate locks and what we could do. He took care of those and wasnt bothered by us asking. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied and would use again in the future. A+++++

I recommend this for anyone though if you can, go for the buy two get another for $1.49 as it then prompted for a free key so with tax, got 4 for under $11 (same key). I found this kiosk by accident at Lowe’s when I discovered the recycling bins (bags, rechargeable batteries and those cork screw bulbs) that a clerk had claimed a while back that they didn’t have any longer. Before that, I used the key cutter that they have in their aisles and had to return that key as it didn’t work! This firm claims a matching effort and indeed it was! While it is pricey for just one key (or two) as it was just under double over the store’s cutter, the key quality is MUCH better than with what I had fed into it, which theirs also turned out to be. It will also prompt you if it can’t copy a particular key (tried to get one for my storm door which is not of a standard design like a deadbolt key). Also, they have information on how you can resolve issues such as the don’t work mess. This was my second key cutting (the key can even stay on the key ring, so convenient!) at this kiosk and for hassle free key making, go for it and you will walk away very pleased, most people that is as there’s always someone. BTW, they offer other services to include keeping a digital copy if you choose and also can make car keys. If you need a receipt, the screen has a keyboard to send you one via e-mail. Again, I was happy with this service and hope you will be too.

I had 12 different keys cut at the menards kiosk and every one worked perfectly.
It was a little bit of waiting for keys to complete between 2 to 3 minutes per keys.
There’s also a neat selection of keys to choose from.
The price seems kinda high on specialty keys.

Located right inside Walmart! No longer having to wait for a hardware store to open! Convenient, quick (about 10 minutes start to finish), cheap and a few options for key designs on site or they can mail you a key if they don’t have the design on site you want. They also offer other services for car keys and offer to keep a copy of your key on file so your never locked out! Definitely recommend!
