Was relatively easy to work with the machine. Good directions. But none of the keys work. I has three copies of a single padlock key made. The original works great but none of the new ones. I put the original in just the first time and never touched it again. Inconvenient because I live 30 miles from menards.

I would definitely recommend these kiosks. I have used it 3 times. One of the keys didn’t work and I was immediately refunded when I reported it. It’s so convenient.

It’s a little anxiety at first but then it gives you every step needed to take on the screen it was easier than I expected and my key works perfect thought the price was little high 7.87 for basic key one key but all in all its great!

The person on the phone misquoted us about $100 less than the actual charge and we wasted gas to find out he was wrong. Please train your people better. We decided to just go to Lexus for a key fob. I. Spinello already were incompetent on their quotes on prices.

Stopped in for service this morning and Tony Was nothing short of Amazing. This local gem has been in business for nearly 5 decades. If you need car keys, truck keys, padlock keys, utility keys for office furniture Tony is the guy you want to come and see. The place was immaculate & spotlessly clean. There’s a very welcoming aura when you meet Tony and walk into the establishment. He was very professional, and his customer service skills were unmatched. These factors are the very reason why I will return here and conduct more business with Tony in the future.

D’arcy Hyundai lost my car and house keys. This is the locksmith to go to. Scott is such a knowledgeable person. I am glad this Lock Tech was able to assure me that I would have proper security. It’s been a couple nights and I’ve been able to sleep better. D’Arcy Hyundai still cannot find my car keys nor my house keys. D’Arcy Hyundai charged me for a key and fob replacement. I should have called Scott here at Plainfield Lock Techs, because it was cheaper to get 2 keys made AND programmed through him, than it was to get ONE KEY, nonprogrammed through D’Arcy Hyundai. I also had Plainfield Lock Techs rekey my house. I now live in my own fort Knox, thanks to D’Arcy Motors, for the push. As I would never have imagined I would spend $1,400 for a single lost key and programming, of which is not my fault. Will be reaching back next week when I have money to rekey this sentry safe. I wish I’d known this before I went to the dealer to get my key programmed. They charged me $95 just to program my fob only!

But Locksmith Services would have programmed my fob AND laser cut my emergency key inside the fob for a TOTAL of $85! They were done with the cut in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely recommend getting your key programmed and cut here!! It works perfectly and would have saved me a lot more money.
