I request house doors rekeyed. They said they needed to order keys for my locks and it would be 3-5 days. Then they said they had to reorder them because they never received the shipment. Finally after 20 days, they texted me “Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the requested service as it is outside the scope of the services we offer.” So why did it take them 20 days to tell me that?

I didn’t catch his name, but I had a issue with a Liberty safe and he suggested how to take the cover off. Worked exactly like he said! I was able to fix myself. How many businesses would do that? I can’t recommend them enough!!! I will definitely use them for every lock problem I have. Thanks again!! In my opinion they’re the best.

plain gold keys didnt work…brought back and the store manager recut them on the store keymaker. had a specialty key made at the same time and it worked right.
