Emergency call out on a very hot evening, of being shut out and he was there in 20 mins of the call. Job wasn’t easy due to a broken mechanism. Alan explained what needed to be done and got to work. Managed to refit a new handle and luckily a new mechanism and the door was fixed and safe again. Super professional job done and a lovely guy! Would highly recommend!

My door handle and lock were completely shot. I called Phil and he was over within an hour. This guy is friendly and professional. He got the door open and was able to replace the handle and latch quickly. The whole process was easy and affordable. I highly recommend this gentleman and his business.

I drove a couple hours to meet and they never showed up and never even called. Finally got him on the phone and he gave me a number of another guy who can’t even come today, which is not an option since I live two hours away and scheduled this very early this morning before I ever left Definitely do not recommend them

It was pretty quick. A brass key copy cost me $12. I only saw an option for it to be shipped in a few days. I found the kiosk directly in the back of the store by the doors section.
